Directions:
Use in the morning to reduce puffiness and swelling around the face and eyes, or in the evening to ease tension and promote relaxation. For best results, practice one 10-minute session or two 5-minute sessions, 3–7 times per week.
For a cooling effect, chill your mushroom stones in the fridge or run under cold water before use. For soothing warmth, briefly place in a cup of hot water.
Start with clean, well-hydrated skin — BYRDIES Serums or Oils work best to aid glide and absorption. Use the larger mushroom head for gentle sweeping motions along the jawline, cheekbones, and brow bone, finishing each stroke with small circular massage movements. Use the smaller mushroom head with light pressure under the eyes and at temples to ease puffiness and release tension.
Finish by massaging from the center of the forehead down past the temples and jawline, ending with gentle circles at pressure points beneath the earlobes. Rinse face with cool water, then wash and dry your stones before storing.
