Directions: Use in the morning to help with overall puffiness /swelling of the face and eyes. Use in the evening to help promote relaxation and relieve tension. Take your time, moving at a steady pace. Either one 10 minute session, or two 5 minute sessions, day and night from 3-7 days each week.
Spoons: Can use large end of spoon to do gua sha scraping treatment as outlined above in Sculptors. Use small/pointy knob of spoon for acupressure points. Begin with clean, well hydrated skin.
